The present invention relates to a side window opening and closing device of a TMR feed mixer, which elevates a side window using elastic force of an elastic means or actuator to allow an opening and closing action of an opening to be conveniently and stably performed. To this end, in the TMR feed mixer including a main body formed with an opening on a side portion thereof, a side window for opening and closing the opening, and a side window opening and closing device for opening and closing a side window on the opening, the side window opening and closing device comprises: a pair of side window rails installed on both sides of a main body of a side window in a height direction of the side window; a side window rail connection bar elevated along the side window rails, and connected between the side window rails; a reciprocating means connected between the side window rail connection bar and the side window, and providing a reciprocating path to allow the side window to be separated from an opening or the side window to closely adhere to the opening; an elastic means installed between the side window rail connection bar and the side window rails, and providing an elastic force for the side window rail connection bar to allow the side window to be lifted to an upper side of the opening; and a restraint means installed between the side window and the main body to restrain the side window from being moved from the opening.
