Provided are an optical film with improved visibility, a polarizing plate including the same, and a flexible optical display device including the same. The optical film with improved visibility includes a pattern layer, and a protective layer formed on the pattern layer. The protective layer includes a base layer, and a functional coating layer formed on the base layer, wherein the thickness ratio of the thickness of the functional coating layer to the thickness of the base layer is 0.1 or more and 0.3 or less. The pattern layer includes a first resin layer and a second resin layer facing the first resin layer, wherein a plurality of pattern portions formed of at least one first optical pattern is formed at an interface between the first resin layer and the second resin layer. The first optical pattern has an aspect ratio of 0.65 to 1.90.
