Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a soundproof pad, which comprises the following steps of: cutting, according to a structure of an inner surface of a bonnet of a vehicle, a butyl rubber disc in a size and a shape which can be attached to the inner surface of the bonnet of the vehicle to manufacture a plurality of first pads; cutting a thinsulate disc to into a bonnet cover shape of the vehicle to manufacture a second pad; and forming a plurality of through holes in the second pad to enable the through holes to correspond to positions of a plurality of pin holes of the bonnet cover. The second pad is manufactured in a size and shape which can cover the entirety of the first pads attached to the inner surface of the bonnet.
