Provided is a device for inspecting an arc welding of a cargo hold membrane. The device for inspecting the arc welding of the cargo hold membrane of the present invention can comprise: a body detachably installed in a center of an anchor cap; a guard rail installed in an upper part of the body; and a scanning part installed in the guard rail and scanning a welding part of the anchor cap while rotating around a center of the body. Therefore, the present invention is capable of effectively inspecting the presence of defects in the arc welding part of the anchor cap.
