The present invention relates to: a biomarker composition for diagnosing an administration subject of a therapeutic agent for aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex interacting multifunctional protein-2 (AIMP2)-DX2 including an orosomucoid 2 (ORM2) gene and predicting a prognosis of the same; a kit for diagnosing an administration subject of a therapeutic agent for AIMP2-DX2 including a material for measuring an expression level of an ORM2 gene and predicting a prognosis of the same; and a method for providing information for diagnosing an administration subject of a therapeutic agent for AIMP2-DX2 and predicting a prognosis of the same. According to the present invention, it is confirmed that an expression level of an ORM2 gene among genes secreted and expressed in cerebral spinal fluid of the subject is increased in accordance with expression of AIMP2 and is decreased in accordance with expression of AIMP2-DX2. Accordingly, the expression level of the ORM2 gene is measured therefrom and thus, the present invention provides a biomarker for diagnosing an optimal administration subject of an AIMP2-DX2 therapeutic agent for treating neurodegenerative disorders and predicting a prognosis of a patient to whom the therapeutic agent is administrated.
