Method and System for Calculating Low Voltage Expression Level of a Secondary Battery

The present invention relates to a method for calculating a low voltage expression level for failure detection of a secondary battery, and to a detection method thereof. More specifically, provided are a calculating method, which uses a result of voltage drop measured in an aging process for performing the defect inspection of a secondary battery and a profile in accordance with a discharge voltage of a normal cell to calculate a leakage current of a precipitate, and directly proposes a low voltage expression level through the calculation, and a system thereof. By adopting the method for calculating a leakage current due to the precipitate and a system thereof, the low voltage representation level can be directly proposed and can efficiently manage a process, and quantitative feedback is possible to effectively improve the yield of a battery cell manufacturing process.
