Solar and Electric Energy Saving Circulation Boiler

The present invention relates to an energy-saving circulation boiler using sunlight and electricity. According to the present invention, a circulation boiler comprises: a hot water tank in which an electric heater is installed therein, and water for heating is stored; a water level sensor detecting a water level in the hot water tank; and a temperature sensor detecting a temperature. Moreover, a hot water discharge port and a return water port are more installed at one side and the other side of the hot water tank to transmit and receive hot water through the hot water discharge port, wherein the hot water is detected at a predetermined temperature through the temperature sensor, and cooling water of an excel tube is supplied to the hot water tank through the return water port up to an amount of transmitting and receiving hot water.
