The present invention relates to a low power multi-layered lighting control system for overcoming disadvantages of a high power lighting control system, in which output is divided in a multi-layered structure to use low power so that it is not necessary to install a cooling fan, thereby reducing the overall volume, and a driving sound of the cooling fan is not generated, thereby allowing for synchronous recording without noise of the driving sound of the cooling fan when shooting a film or a soap opera outdoor. The low power multi-layered lighting control system of the present invention comprises: a first low power supply unit (202) configured to supply low power to a first channel; the first channel (204) electrically connected to the first lower power supply unit (202), driven by receiving lower power from the first low power supply unit (202), and controlled according to control signals; and a first planar lighting device (206) electrically connected to the first channel (204), wherein color and brightness of an LED are adjusted according to control signals of the first channel (204).
