The present invention relates to a start-up control system to prevent drunk driving, which prevents drunk driving by measuring blood alcohol concentration of a driver before starting up a vehicle to block starting when the concentration exceeds a reference value, and improves operation reliability through speed control by means of periodic measurement during driving and a precise measurement structure.
