According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blockchain transaction processing method based on an actual transaction electronic wallet in cryptocurrency exchange comprises: an actual transaction electronic wallet providing process of allowing a cryptocurrency exchange server to generate an actual transaction electronic wallet for making a blockchain transaction to provide the same by members; a blockchain confirmation requesting process of allowing the cryptocurrency exchange server to add a blockchain transmission fee to cryptocurrency by each sale request from a seller and request blockchain confirmation to a blockchain network processing server in order to transfer cryptocurrency from an actual transaction electronic wallet of the seller to an actual transaction electronic wallet of a buyer if a trade including cryptocurrency sale and purchase is made between member terminals in the cryptocurrency exchange server; and a transaction fee processing process of allowing the cryptocurrency exchange server to process such that the seller and the buyer jointly pay a blockchain transaction transfer fee if blockchain transaction completion for the sale confirmation is received from the blockchain network processing server. According to the present invention, if a blockchain transaction happens through actual transaction electronic wallets of each member in an exchange, a transaction transfer fee for each member can be reduced.
