Provided is a skin treatment device in a monopolar type using electric energy within a high frequency wavelength band capable of improving facial laxity caused by skin aging using retaining ligaments, blood vessels, deep fibrous tissues or the like as an electric path. The skin treatment device comprises a frame and a ground electrode unit disposed on the frame. The frame comprises: a first frame disposed at the front; a second frame extended from one end of the first frame to the rear; and a third frame extended from the other end of the first frame to the rear. The ground electrode unit is consecutively and integrally formed on the first frame, the second frame and the third frame.
