The present invention relates to a production method for producing functional soap which is able to contribute to skin beauty by improving moisturizing properties, and functional soap produced by the production method. The functional soap is produced by: a process of mixing and evenly stirring sodium cocoate, sodium chloride, distilled water, sorbitol, apple wash, coconut oil, shea butter, a bathing agent, dioxide titanium (TIO_2), hyaluronic acid, perfume, vitamin E, etc.; a process of putting the stirred mixture composition into a mold of a desired form and solidifying the composition; and a process of separating the solidified soap from the mold. The functional soap by the present invention has effects of giving a significant help to skin care by: minimizing damage to skin even after frequent face washing and cleaning due to improved moistness, washing performance, and antibacterial activity; and having excellent cleaning power against contaminants and excellent antibacterial power against various bacteria.
