The present invention relates to a mesogenic iridium copolymer and a method for manufacturing the same. A copolymer manufactured through the present invention not only has a high solubility, excellent thermal stability, and mechanical strength, but also can exhibit a high intensity phosphorescence and fluorescence, thereby being able to induce the improvement of luminous efficiency of OLED.
