The present invention relates to a personal flip dome type sauna device irradiating low-level lasers, comprising: an upper leather (11) which forms an upper outer skin of a lower mat (10); a fire retardant sponge (12) which is placed on a rear surface of the upper leather (11) and provides a cushioning feeling for a user; an electromagnetic wave blocking fabric (13) which is placed on a rear surface of the fire retardant sponge (12) and blocks electromagnetic waves generated from a heating mat (14) from reaching a user; the heating mat (14) which is placed on a rear surface of the electromagnetic wave blocking fabric (13), receives external power to generate heat and is a plate type; a nonwoven fabric (15) which is placed on a rear surface of the heating mat (14) and protects the heating mat (14); a fiber glass mat (16) which is placed in the nonwoven fabric (15) and prevents heats generated from the heating mat (14) from being transmitted to a bottom; an art board (17) which is placed on a rear surface of the fiber glass mat (16) and maintains a shape of a mattress; and a lower outer skin. Accordingly, the present invention forms a flip for rotating by means of a hinge as a shaft on a front of an upper mat to solve inconvenience in using the lower mat, thereby improving a quality and the reliability of products.
