The present invention is directed to an insect bite treatment agent containing an extract of Glechoma hederacea. The insect bite treatment agent containing the extract of Glechoma hederacea according to an embodiment of the present invention can contain medicinal herbs and can improve stability thereof. Furthermore, the insect bite treatment agent can enhance immune characteristics, improve insect bite treatment characteristics, suppress inflammation, relieve itching, and have improved stability against temperature. In addition, the insect bite treatment agent can inhibit NO activity, inhibit expression of iNOS and COX-2, improve electron donating ability, improve ABTS scavenging ability, and enhance cell viability of the extract of Glechoma hederacea.
