The present invention relates to a wearable ultrasound measurement device which measures a size of a urine region by using ultrasonic waves. The wearable ultrasound measurement device comprises: a flexible pad attachable to a body; a plurality of first ultrasonic transducers arranged in a first direction in the flexible pad; an inertial sensor positioned adjacent to the first ultrasonic transducer in the flexible pad and installed at two or more points spaced apart from each other; a first urine region extracting unit extracting a first urine region in the first direction from a reflection signal received from the first ultrasound transducer; and a first urine region correction unit correcting a dimension of the first urine region in the first direction by using a bending amount of the flexible pad obtained from the inertial sensor.
