The present invention relates to a separable driving road construction jig for a guide rail-type rubber wheel AGT and a separable driving road construction method for a guide rail-type rubber wheel AGT using the same. An objective of the present invention is to construct a pair of a left and a right precast concrete driving road block separated from each other by a single job to improve constructability, and facilitate leveling work and construction of the precast concrete driving road blocks based on a guide rail. According to the present invention, the separable driving road construction jig for a guide rail-type rubber wheel AGT comprises: a girder frame (10) which accommodates a pair of precast concrete driving road blocks separated from each other by a prescribed distance in accordance with wheels of an AGT, and is connected to transport equipment to move; a leveling means (30) to adjust the height of the girder frame based on a roadbed by using the girder frame as a support base; and a driving road connector (20) which is formed on the girder frame, and adjusts the height of the pair of precast concrete driving road blocks based on the roadbed. Construction is performed while transporting the pair of precast concrete driving road blocks together and adjusting the height.
