The present invention relates to a hair loss treatment device capable of near-infrared irradiation and drug spraying, comprising: a head unit having an accommodation space which is a space where the head of a wearer is accommodated; a light source unit installed at the head unit and irradiating light to the head of the wearer; a spraying unit installed in the head unit and spraying a drug to the head of the wearer; and a control unit electrically connected to the light source unit and the spraying unit to control the operation of the light source unit and the spraying unit. According to the present invention, since the drug is sprayed to the head of the wearer together with near-infrared irradiation, the effect of hair loss treatment can be greatly improved.
