The present invention relates to a vane type separator for separating oil and gas field multiphase fluid, which is able to improve oil separation efficiency by preventing the agglomeration of oil from a hook unit of a vane plate connected in a zigzag form. According to the present invention, the vane type separator for separating oil and gas field multiphase fluid includes: a plurality of vane plates formed by a flow path, through which fluid flows, by being connected in a zigzag form from an inlet side where multiphase fluid flows in toward an outlet side where fluid flows out; and a hook unit bent in an ′L′ shape to function for capturing oil in the multiphase fluid by being formed to protrude in the direction opposite to the flow direction of fluid at a point where each vane plate is connected. The hook unit has a through hole formed to enable water to pass therethrough in the fluid.
