The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyester chip containing flame retardant and UV blocking materials manufactured through an extruder divided into a first section, a second section, a third section, a fourth section and a fifth section, and specifically, to a polyester chip containing flame retardant and UV blocking materials in which functional materials are uniformly contained by varying a time for adding zinc oxide doped with titanium dioxide and magnesium, which are functional materials, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
