The present invention relates to a circular sieve tray embedded in a steam stripping column, and to a circular sieve tray embedded and installed in a steam stripping column which is an ammonia vaporizing device for recovery of ammonia contained in wastewater generated in a secondary battery cathode active material precursor manufacturing process. The circular sieve tray (100) comprises: a wastewater falling passage (11) in which wastewater flows in a tray space below; a plurality of vapor holes (10) which are formed to make ammonia vaporized in the wastewater move upwardly when the ammonia is escalated; and a fixing hole (12) which fixes the circular sieve tray inside the steam stripping column. In addition, 6-20 sheets of the circular sieve trays are stacked inside the steam stripping column (110), wherein and a gap between the upper or lower circular sieve tray and the circular sieve tray adjacent thereto is 50-100 cm. When ammonia is recovered from wastewater by using the circular sieve tray of the present invention, the recovery rate of ammonia (NH_3) is 95%, and the ammonia can be recovered at a high concentration of 25-30 wt%.
