The present invention relates to a method of cutting Fragaria × ananassa. The present invention comprises the following steps: a first step of cutting a runner generated in a Fragaria × ananassa mother plant to include a crown; a second step of inserting the runner into a culture medium while the crown being exposed, and growing the runner and the medium in a transparent vinyl greenhouse house; and a third step of removing the house, spraying a liquid fertilizer and irradiating the same with blue LED. It is an object of the present invention to provide the method of cutting Fragaria × ananassa capable of enhancing an initial rooting rate at the time of propagation of Fragaria × ananassa by cutting and producing a uniform seedling.
