According to the present invention, a distributing board having a function of diagnosing a capacitor, has a function of diagnosing in a live wire state with respect to a three-phase capacitor bank formed by delta-connecting capacitors for each phase. The distributing board comprises: a current sensing module for sensing a line current of a three-phase power line connected to an input terminal of the three-phase capacitor bank; and a calculating and controlling module for individually calculating capacitances of each of the capacitors constituting the three-phase condenser bank based on the line current sensed by the current sensing module and line voltage of the three-phase power line, and determining a capacity decrease from a reference capacitance.
