The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a non-spandex high-stretch warp-knit tricot fabric and a fabric thereof, which apply a warp-knit tricot technique and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a non-spandex high-stretch warp-knit tricot fabric and a fabric manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of a non-spandex high-stretch warp-knit tricot fabric comprises: a weaving preparation step of selecting a yarn, and preprocessing the yarn by a warping process, a starching process, a beaming process, and a drawing process; a warp-knitting step of designing warp-knitting texture, and cross-knitting the preprocessed yarn at a prescribed cross-knitting ratio by a tricot warp-knitting machine to warp-knit the yarn to manufacture a tricot fabric; a dyeing step of dyeing the tricot fabric which has undergone the warp-knitting step; and a postprocessing step of thermally treating the tricot fabric which has undergone the dyeing step under a temperature condition of 170-180°C.
