Disclosed is a carbon fiber feeding apparatus for a carbon fiber supply facility, including a supply device frame, a tension sensing member, and a tension adjusting member. Moreover, tension of a carbon fiber released from a fiber reel can be sensed by the tension sensing member in real time, and then the tension of the carbon fiber can be adjusted and supplied by the tension adjusting member in real time in accordance with a sensed value. Therefore, the carbon fiber feeding apparatus can actively respond to a change in tension of the band-shaped carbon fiber, and thus the carbon fiber can be smoothly supplied.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
