The present invention relates to an aseismic retrofitting structure for an existing reinforced concrete structure of an apartment. The aseismic retrofitting structure comprises a plurality of anchor bolts installed to both ends of a concaved surface of the reinforced concrete structure which is chipped not to show a damaged portion; a fixing member for connecting the adjacent anchor bolts; a mortar coating part formed by applying a mortar composition to make the concave surface of the reinforced concrete structure flat, so that the fixing member and the anchor bolts are not exposed outwardly; a column installing block connected to a basement foundation of the existing reinforced concrete structure; segments of precast reinforced concrete column stacked on a top surface of the column installing block; a prestressed precast reinforced concrete column having a PS steel bar which is vertically tensioned on the precast reinforced concrete column; and segmented precast reinforced concrete crossbeams disposed on the prestressed precast reinforced concrete column in a lattice pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
