METHOD OF PROVIDING TRANSPARENT ESTIMATE SERVICE BY COMPARING ESTIMATE OF BUILDER AND PUBLISHED UNIT PRICE

According to the present invention, a method of providing a transparent estimate service by comparing an estimate of a builder and a published unit price is performed by a server. The method comprises: (a) a step of receiving an estimate including item names, quantities, and amounts corresponding to items constructed by a builder from a builder terminal; (b) a step of searching for a published unit price corresponding to each item name in the received estimate and comparing the searched published unit price and the amount in the estimate received from the builder terminal to supply evaluation information for the amount to the builder terminal; (c) a step of considering the evaluation information to receive an estimate created by the builder from the builder terminal; and (d) a step of supplying the estimate to a consumer terminal if the estimate is completely reviewed by a manager terminal.
