METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BASEMENT GARAGE OF APARTMENT

Disclosed is a method for constructing a basement garage of an apartment, comprising the steps of: applying concrete of a certain thickness on a bottom surface of the basement garage; assembling a plurality of precast concrete members serving as a column on the applied floor concrete; installing an outer retaining wall by rebars to prevent soil forming an outer wall outside the assembled column form flowing down; assembling a crossbeam on the installed beams and the outer retaining wall; assembling a ceiling plate having a certain thickness on a top surface of the assembled crossbeam; and placing concrete on the assembled ceiling plate, in which the ceiling plate is subjected to a pollution resistance process by a surface treatment device. Therefore, the basement garage can be constructed by the precast concrete members of high quality, thereby reducing construction costs and preventing an accident. In particular, since at least a portion of the respective components has improved pollution resistance by the surface treatment process, it is possible to easily maintain the components before or after installation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
