The present invention relates to a system for preventing a marine collision of a small ship, and more particularly, it relates to a system for preventing collision of a small ship by transmitting virtual AIS information including position information of a small ship only when there is a risk of collision through a smart terminal and a pseudo AIS server So as to prevent a collision with a large-sized ship without exposing charitable sales information at low cost.
