Disclosed is a water-cooled grate having a vertical jet stream outlet of a closed structure and maximizing cooling efficiency. The water-cooled grate having a vertical jet stream outlet of a closed structure and maximizing cooling efficiency comprises: a base body unit; a cross cover unit; and a tube unit. Therefore, a sealed space at the inside is divided into a plurality of portions to classify the flow of introduced cooling water into a plurality of routes to maximize cooling efficiency.
