The present invention relates to a reactor temperature measurement system using a quartz material. According to the present invention, a temperature measurement system capable of measuring the temperature inside the reactor that changes according to a chemical reaction comprises a tube through which a fluid introduced from the outside flows and a chemical reaction takes place; a permeable membrane formed on an inner circumferential surface of the tube and having a temperature sensing material disposed thereon; a heating unit surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the tube and heating the fluid inside the tube to cause a chemical reaction; a probe made of a quartz material for detecting light generated inside the tube; and a spectroscope connected to one end of the probe for analyzing the wavelength of light transmitted through the probe and measuring the temperature inside the tube. An insertion hole is formed on one side of the heating unit, and the probe is inserted into the heating unit through the insertion hole to measure the temperature inside the tube. The temperature change according to the chemical reaction inside the tube can be measured in real time through the system as described above, and as a result, the chemical reaction occurring inside the reactor can be more accurately analyzed.
