The present invention relates to a smart farm stand in which a whole stand performs cooling and heating functions without a boiler, a radiator, an accelerator hose, and an air blower. According to the present invention, the smart farm stand includes: a first frame unit and a second frame unit parallel to each other; a first connection frame connecting one upper end of the first frame unit and the second frame unit; and a second connection frame connecting the other upper end of the first frame unit and the second frame unit. The first frame unit includes: two first vertical frames parallel with each other; and multiple first horizontal frames separated at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the first vertical frame, wherein both ends of the first horizontal frame are connected to the first vertical frame. The second frame unit includes: two second vertical frames parallel to each other; and multiple second horizontal frames separated at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the second vertical frame, wherein both ends of the second horizontal frame are connected to the second vertical frame. The first vertical frame or the second vertical frame connected to the second connection frame is formed of a carbon heating element, and water circulates therein to perform heating and cooling.
