Provided, in the present invention, is a method of separating Nd/Dy by sulfuric acid salt precipitation comprising: a step of oxidizing roasted permanent magnet scrap to obtain an oxidized roasting powder (first step); a step of extracting the roasted oxidized powder with sulfuric acid to obtain a sulfuric acid leaching solution (second step); and a step of adding sodium sulfate to the sulfuric acid leaching solution to perform a precipitation reaction of the reductive salt and recovering the filtrate (third step), and 1 to 2 equivalents of sodium sulfate is added to the sulfuric acid leaching solution. Therefore, rare-earth element such as neodymium and dysprosium can be recovered by separating iron components from waste permanent magnet scrap.
