DPF ASH Carbon and Ash Detergent Removing Method from Automobile parts including DPF and Device thereof

The present invention relates to a method for removing carbon ashes by a removal device having a frame and a pipe to remove carbon and ashes from automobile parts including DPF. The method comprises: a process (1) of separating the DPF from an automobile to couple the DPF to the removal device; a process (2) of supplying a cleansing agent to the DPF to accommodate or allow the cleansing agent to pass through the pipe of the removal device for a set time to wash carbon and ashes in the DPF; and a process (3) of discharging the cleansing agent of the process (2) and performing neutralization by a neutralizer to neutralize the cleansing agent remaining in the DPF through the pipe of the removal device. According to the present invention, a capability of simply, conveniently, and effectively removing carbon and ashes fixed on automobile parts can be improved, and damage to automobile parts can be prevented.
