The present invention relates to a paint composition containing graphene oxide for preventing corrosion of an iron structure and improving water repellency, corrosion prevention and durability of a concrete structure, and to a process for forming a coating layer containing graphene oxide using the same, wherein the coating composition of the present invention contains: a powder mixture comprising 0.2 to 1.0 wt% of zinc (Zn), 0.02 to 0.3 wt% of graphene oxide, 0.06 to 0.11 wt% of phosphorus and the balance aluminum (Al); and an adhesive resin in which the powder mixture is uniformly dispersed.
