The present invention relates to a light source control apparatus for operating through one of an AC power supply and a DC power supply by using both the AC power supply and the DC power supply using a battery in a normal time and supplying the DC power supply of the battery during a power failure to stably supply a light source. The present invention removes a flicker phenomenon of the light source and performs a wireless remote control and monitoring through a mobile device. To this end, the AC and the DC light source control apparatus comprises: a power supply unit outputting a half-wave AC power supply; a charging unit outputting a charging power supply; a battery unit saving a DC voltage; a boosting unit converting and outputting the half-wave AC power supply; a power failure detecting unit detecting the power failure by supply of the AC power supply; a switching unit selecting and outputting the half-wave AC power supply; a light source unit including a light source module; a battery maintaining unit controlling the switching unit; a battery stopping unit controlling the switching unit; and a controlling unit outputting a delay signal from the battery maintaining unit.
