The present invention relates to a method and structure to reinforce a concrete structure by separated anchoring of a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) rebar using a buried steel wire and a fixed anchoring device, and a concrete structure reinforced thereby. According to the present invention, while a concrete structure is reinforced by installing an FRP rebar, a buried steel wire buried in the FRP rebar is easily bound and fixed to a fixed anchoring device protruding from a reinforced surface of the concrete structure, and thus installation of the FRP rebar is able to be efficiently performed. Moreover, the FRP rebar is disposed in a shape of being spaced apart from the reinforced surface of the concrete structure, such that integration between the FRP rebar and a coating member is able to be reinforced when the coating member is coated on the reinforced surface of the concrete structure, bending strength is able to be improved, and separation of an end part of the FRP rebar is able to be prevented, thereby being able to maximize reinforcement effect by the FRP rebar for the concrete structure.
