The present invention relates to an artificial basalt manufacturing method comprising: a step of forming a mixture by mixing 1-8 parts by weight or 1-2 parts by weight of baking powder and 1-8 parts by weight or 1-2 parts by weight of vinegar for 100 parts by weight of gypsum, and kneading the mixture; a step of adding the mixture to a mold and curing the mixture for about 12-24 hours; a step of making a desired artificial basalt shape by post-processing a gypsum lump which is completed after removing the mold; a step of forming a mold to form a structure corresponding to the artificial basalt shape; a step of putting silicone resin or urethane resin into the mold and curing the same for about 12-24 hours; a step of completing a desired artificial basalt mold by removing the mold; a step of putting cement, silica, (waste) aggregate, and a stabilizer into the artificial basalt mold, and curing the same for about 12-24 hours; and a step of obtaining cured artificial basalt. A composition ratio of the curing cement to the silica to the (waste) aggregate is 1:1-1.5:1. The present invention can save working time.
