The present invention relates to a heat stabilizer composition of PVC, comprising: hydrotalcite surface-treated with chlorinated polyethylene and to which an interlayer insert is added; and a hydroxide mixture of calcium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. The present invention relates to a heat stabilizer composition which is contained in PVC to enhance not only thermal stability but also processing stability and storage stability.
