The present invention relates to a non-perforating and magnet-type apparatus for fixing an intermediate door installed in an open doorway without a door frame, in which an entire door is unnecessary to close or open when the door is open, and the intermediate door fixed to the door by magnetic force is installed without installing the door frame and without forming a separate hole in the door. The apparatus includes: a fixed unit coupled to the opened door through the magnetic force in a state that each room door in a building is open; an opening unit coupled to the fixed unit through the magnetic force and coupled to an intermediate door unit at an inner side of the door to open and close the opened door; and the intermediate door unit coupled to the opening unit and opened and closed through the opening unit to open and close the opened door in the form of a swing door, wherein the intermediate door is provided as the swing door in a state that the door is open, so that only the intermediate door unit is open without opening the door, thereby minimizing the leakage of internal air in the building.
