The present invention relates to an indoor space information collecting system using a fire management facility, capable of building a three-dimensional simulation for an indoor space through a remote server and easily providing various services using a digital twin for the indoor space by collecting indoor space information through a pre-installed fire management facility and providing the information to the server. According to the present invention, a removable fire detector collecting a fire sensing signal is combined with the bottom of a smart adaptor, and the smart adaptor transceives fire-related information with a service server through a controller. The smart adaptor, which is a fixed body installed on an indoor ceiling, comprises: a moving body obtaining information about the whole indoor space while moving positions of a laser sensor and a camera sensor and then transmitting the information to the fixed body; and a fixed body generating indoor space information including smart adaptor position information and measurement information including a camera space image measured through a camera sensor and a laser space value measured through the laser sensor and then transmitting the generated information to the service server through the controller. The service server stores the indoor space information provided from the controller in a data storage based on the indoor position information, and makes a three-dimensional simulation for the indoor space based on the indoor space information stored in the storage.
