The present invention relates to an absorption refrigerator of low temperature water and, more specifically, relates to a high-efficient two stage absorption refrigerator of low temperature water with increased efficiency by a two stage separated heat exchange method, wherein a space of a second shell is divided through a partition wall to form two space portions for a condenser and a first regenerator to be transversely or vertically separated, and a space portion at one side is formed with pressure lower than that of the other space portion at the other side to increase regeneration and condensation effects by boiling an absorption liquid to separate the absorption liquid and refrigerant at a low temperature of hot water. Moreover, an auxiliary regenerator is placed in a lower portion of a first regenerator and communicates with the space portion with low pressure for a heat pipe to be widely arranged, and an auxiliary absorption liquid is boiled at a low temperature of hot water to separate the absorption liquid and refrigerant for regeneration and condensation effects to be increased.
