Disclosed is a drain system for measuring an underground water level using a building collecting well, capable of obtaining structural stability of a building by maintaining a fixed upward water pressure of underground water by installing an underground water level measuring pipe in a building collecting well not exposed to the outside and measuring a stable water level of the underground water permeated into an excavation surface of the lower part of a base of the building. The drain system for measuring an underground water level using a building collecting well includes: an inflow pipe enabling the underground water to flow inside by being installed on the excavation surface of the lower part of the base of the building; a discharge pipe protruding to the inner side of the building collecting well by being connected to the inflow pipe and including an opening and closing valve in order for a flow path to be selectively open or closed; and the underground water level measuring pipe measuring the stable water level of the underground water by enabling the underground water to flow inside when the opening and closing valve blocks the flow path of the discharge pipe, wherein the underground water level measuring pipe is connected to the discharge pipe to protrude to the upper side of the collecting well.
