ELECTRIC RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING MACHINE BY PARALLEL TYPE TRIPLE PRESSURE WITH TRIPLE COMPOSITE ELECTRODES

The present invention relates to an electric resistance spot welding machine by parallel triple pressing and triple composite electrode tips to improve welding performance. According to the present invention, the electric resistance spot welding machine by parallel triple pressing and triple composite electrode tips comprises upper and lower spot welding rods placing first and second overlapped metal plates between the first and second metal plates, and coming in contact with the upper and lower parts of the metal plates, and performs spot welding. Each of the upper and lower spot welding rods comprises: a first rod-shaped spot welding rod having a first electrode tip formed at one end part; a second rod-shaped spot welding rod having a second electrode tip formed at one end part; and a third rod-shaped spot welding rod having a third electrode tip formed at one end part. At least one of the upper or lower spot welding rods comprises: a first pressing unit pressing the overlapped first and second metal plates while longitudinally transferring the first spot welding rod; a second pressing unit pressing the overlapped first and second metal plates while longitudinally transferring the second spot welding rod; and a third pressing unit pressing the overlapped first and second metal plates while longitudinally transferring the third spot welding rod, wherein the first, second, and third pressing units are horizontally arranged in series.
