The present invention relates to an automatic STL format converting system for three-dimensional printing to which pattern change values by dot-shaped, linear and planar types are applied based on attribute values in a digital topographic map. The automatic STL format converting system can directly print a three-dimensional model by using the digital topographic map even without using various types of programs or converting a three-dimensional digital topographic map used as a braille map or the like into necessary information one by one through a separate manual operation. The automatic STL format converting system includes: a standard information DB which stores standard information of vector data for directionality and scale by areas and planimetric features composed in a shapefile (SHP); an attribute information DB which stores linear types by areas, graphic forms by planimetric features, three-dimensional types by planimetric features, and attribute information on heights by geographical features that are composed in a three-dimensional digital topographic map; a data first conversion module which converts three-dimensional data by areas and planimetric features of a planar digital topographic map, that is a computer aided design (CAD) extension, in accordance with the standard information, or compares vector data of the shapefile (SHP) with the standard information to confirm whether the vector data of the shapefile (SHP) have been standardized or not; a data second conversion module which searches attribute information corresponding to the areas and planimetric features composed in the planar digital topographic map in the attribute information DB, and links the attribute information to corresponding vector data; and an STL generation module which generates a standard triangulated language (STL) format according to the attribute information that has been linked to the vector data.
