Disclosed is a method for providing a user interface for allowing a user to easily create a query comprising at least one of an operator and a search unit including a field, a reference value, and a search condition used to manage data in a Lucene database when there is the Lucene database which is a base of a search engine using a Lucene library. The method comprises: a step (a) in which a computing device provides a UI for creating a search unit for creating an input search unit in a second area by the user in a state where the computing device supports a specific upper operator selected by the user to be displayed in a first area, wherein the UI for creating a search unit supports the user to create the input search unit and supports creation of an input field, an input search condition, and an input reference value included in the input search unit in order to support the creation of the input search unit; and a step (b) in which the computing device supports the input search unit to be displayed in a third area together with predetermined hierarchical information corresponding to the input search unit when the input search unit is received by obtaining the input field, the input search condition, and the input reference value by the user through the UI for creating a search unit.
