The present invention provides a method performed by a computer device. The method for building or updating a knowledgebase model for an interactive AI agent system comprises: a step of receiving a series of conversation logs related to each other; a step of identifying entity information including an entity type and a value determined to require non-identification in accordance with a prescribed standard from each of the received conversation logs; a step of replacing the value of the identified entity information with a corresponding label, wherein the label is an identifier to identify the entity type of the corresponding entity information, and entity information of the same type having the same value included in conversation logs is replaced with the same label; and a step of building or updating a knowledgebase model for an interactive AI agent system in accordance with learning using conversation logs where a value of identified entity information is replaced with a corresponding label.
