According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for making a reservation on public transportation for a disabled person assists a disabled person to smoothly board on public transportation. To this end, the method comprises the steps of: obtaining bus situation information including a position of a bus and information on a situation in the bus; periodically transmitting the bus situation information to an integrated operating server; receiving information on a disabled person boarding reservation from the integrated operating server; displaying the information on a disabled person boarding reservation in a guidance output unit; displaying the information on a disabled person boarding reservation in a bus management terminal; checking a boarding state of the disabled person; and transmitting the boarding state of the disabled person to the integrated operating server.
