The present invention relates to a method for culturing an entomopathogenic nematode using carrier media or a method for controlling pests using the same. By using the media containing a yeast extract, soybean powder, whole milk powder, olive oil, egg yolk powder and a carrier as main components applied to the method, a nematode with excellent insecticide resistance against pests can be stably grown, thereby environment-friendly control of various crops and flowers can be easily performed.
