The present invention provides a plant cultivation device capable of maintaining a high amount of light output and realizing an illumination environment similar to natural light while protecting eyes of a user by controlling the amount of light output only under condition causing glare. In addition, a plant cultivation system capable of monitoring a growing process of plants through a user device is provided.
